[pct-l] Vintage JMT Guide Book by Starr

I too have made extensive use of the Starr Guide.  I have the 1962 
edition, and it's tattered.  I like it because it talks about trails 
long abandoned.  I haven't made the time to explore yet, but I'm holding 
onto this gem of a book for that reason!
