  A year ago I attempted to purchase Nido from amazon.com (I had trouble 
finding it here in Canada, and was tired of drinking Carnation Skim Milk 
powder). Instead of paying the shipping charges from the States (and 
possible duty charges also) I asked my son, who lives in L.A., to bring 
it with him when he came home for Christmas. I had it shipped to him in 
L.A., and when he flew home for the holidays through the airport in 
Edmonton, Alberta, it was confiscated by Canada Customs. Apparently they 
don't think highly of dairy products coming in from other countries.
