[pct-l] Southbounders

They're out there. We've had 9 or 10 in the last couple of weeks. Some
are probably almost done, while two left here very recently. The
others are somewhere inbetween. It's like finding a needle in a
haystack with so few of them in such a large area. Unless you're in
touch with them or following their journals.
