The snow during thru-hiking season is settled and dense, and the
problem is the snow melting and rotting...Postholing in sun cups is
the big issue, and traditional snow shoes won't help with that.

I've seen lots of creative attempts at dealing with this, but nothing
that really worked to eliminate the pain and suffering.

Has anyone else seen anything that works?
