[pct-l] Facebook page for posting pictures of mountainbiking on the trail - a good idea and a start.

The facebook page is "Mountain Biking is Illegal HERE".  This was started
this year.  Posts could helpfully contain the name of any biking club in
particular that can be identified, the date, location and posters
identification if they are comfortable with providing the latter.  This
would be important in verifying the actual location and that it was a
forbidden area to ride.
