[pct-l] sleeping pads

I used Exped Down Mat 7 with pump in this summer. The older models
had the troubles in the bulb. The new models are tough and had no
troubles. Using this model, the sleeping bag and clothes need not to
be thick.

I recommended this model or short size models  to my friend who wanted
to hike JMT next summer.
