[pct-l] Washington weather and your Timing

Good advice. It's very well put. I had a friend on the AT last year, but he
had to quit half way because he ran out of money, from all the excessive
partying. Same sort of issue, really. The fun is always great, but remember
why you're out there, and weight the one against the other. I fall firmly in
the side that wants to finish, though I plan to have a good time along the
way. I find the hiking fun anyways, the good times in camp with a few folks,
and all that. Balance, this is the key.
