[pct-l] SCAQMD Rule 1143 & Denatured Alcohol Question

I use Esbit tablets with a Firelite Titanium Stove. The concern is that I
have to send my fuel tablets to places along the trail and they have to go
ORM-D, they cannot ship by air. I don't think they are easily found in
trail towns, but I could be wrong about that.
