[pct-l] Hot Springs (was Deep Creek Detour)

Hot Creek is closed for bathing due to a scalding several years ago.  
However, Hilltop and Wild Willy's,  just down Benton Crossing Rd are 
open, as are the three hot springs in the Bridgeport vicinity.
