[pct-l] Two Weeks - where to go?

Hi Glenn:

You can fly into Reno, catch the CREST to Lee Vining, and pick up the 
YARTS bus to Tuolomne Meadows.  If you don't have enough time then you 
can take the CREST to Mammoth and start at Reds Meadow.

Then you can catch the CREST bus in Lone Pine and take it back to the 
Reno Airport.  Note the CREST bus runs only on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 
and Friday.  They require reservations.

10- 12 miles a day is a nice pace for the JMT if you've not hiked much 
above 10,000'.
