[pct-l] Deep creek closure... why?

Fines for individuals violating closures is up to $5,000, groups up to $10,000.  There's also the possibility you could die or injure yourself seriously and need rescue, which puts the lives of rescue workers at risk. On the positive side, you might get nominated for the Darwin Award.
