In a phone call with this establishment, I gleaned the following (all of
which was  inconsistent with what I'd previously been told):

1. They are under new management.
2. They are now called "Paradise Valley Cafe".
3. They are not located in Anza, but rather in Mountain Center, Ca.
4. Their zip code has changed to 92561.
5. Their phone number is 951-659-3661.
And, yes, they will open each package, ostensibly to inspect for drugs.
