You've got a chance of ticks in the valley, but I've never had a problem there, and I've never seen one in Vogelsang or beyond in the High Country. As for mosquitoes, just dress in a full burka and you should have no problem. Any exposed skin can be devoured on site by the little devils. I'd use Deet extra strength! Shroomer >
