Greetings,

I dropped a hiker at Highway 74 yesterday afternoon. And picked up in Idyllwild today. He said Apache Peak wasn't too bad, but that the north side of Tahquitz had a lot of snow and sun cups. That he frequently postholed up to his pelvis. He came down Devil's Slide today and will skip Fuller Ridge, hiking from Humbert Park, along Hoghway 243, to Black Mountain Road to keep a continuous hike.
