[pct-l] Simple rules

I'm reading *Deep Survival* (great book!) right now, and the author's Rules
for Life seem worth sharing, and applicable on a thru-hike:
1. Be here now.
2. Everything takes eight times longer to do than you think.
I think he pretty much nailed it.
