[pct-l] Knee replacement

"How's Your Trail?"  I had my right knee replaced May of 09' I was doing 8
miles a day 2 months after, It's a little over 2 years now and am doing 16
miles a day with full pack, I'm 67  Remember "Be Prepared" Ground Pounder
