[pct-l] Conditions fron Echo Summit to Belden

Just got to donner, via echo.  There is snow, but route finding is never
particularly bad.  Occasionally you will search for a minute, but its very
navigable.  Very beautiful, but lots of mosquitos in desolation wilderness!
