Here is official notice.

Postholer is on moderated status. Mostly because I am in a bad mood,
having had a bad day 6000 miles from home while in Argentina. Any
posts he makes that are polite and on topic will appear on the list.

While I acknowledge his contributions to the PCT community, I, among
others, really don't like Postholer's combative attitude. He is free
to start his own list, or do whatever he wants, perhaps unsubscribe,
like Elevator has. Or perhaps he will subscribe under an alias so he
can be disruptive. Whatever, I don't care. Dock my pay.

I hope everyone is having a wonderful day enjoying summer in the
Northern Hemisphere.
