[pct-l] PCT-L now in forum format

I whole heartily agree with this post and that has been my opinion for a number of years.

To each his own and HYOH and so forth, but the mirroring of the PCT-L by Postholer.com strikes me as
parasitic.  Postholer.com is the best trail journal site on the web IMHO, and the mapping and data
sources are also brilliant, but successfully hosting an open forum will never work there due to the 
take-no-prisoner style of the webmaster.  A recent case in point would be the decision of Postholer.com 
to unplug Mountain Education’s content page because of a difference in opinion of early start dates.
