[pct-l] Waterproof paper for maps

Hello Branko -

The cost of waterproof paper is not worth it, in my opinion.  Print your
Halfmile Maps on regular paper, then store them in ziplock bags.  It's more
likely for your maps to get damaged from sweat than from rain.
