For those of you receiving the digest version of the list because you 
prefer not to see all the individual emails in your mailbox, consider
configuring your mail reader to refile PCT-L messages into a separate
folder.  Benefits:

-- your main inbox won't be filled with PCT-L messages
-- you can easily find all the PCT-L messages at any time
-- you can easily delete all pending PCT-L messages (empty the folder)
-- you don't have to jump through cut-and-paste hoops when replying
