[pct-l] late start with a flip-flop?

On my AT thru hike I set a date over 7 years before I started the hike.  I
was all set to show up on that exact date 7 years later.  United Airlines
canceled my flight to Atlanta after I arrived at the airport. I was rerouted
and ended up arriving the next day.  It seemed like every time I hit a town
someone would say you should of been here yesterday.

Its never too early to plan a thru hike.
