During ADZPCTKO the entire campground is reserved except for the cabins, but
have already been reserved, so you must register or be a thru hiker if you
want to stay anywhere in the campground.  There are still some tent sites
and cabins available on the day before and after KO.

could camp outside of the background, but if you have a vehicle, you'll have
to park it outside of the Park.
