I agree with Yogi get the cheep ones - i didn't lose mine but I did scratch
them pretty good.

For side-screens,  just use a bandanna - wear it as a kerchief  under your
hat with the sides hanging down and tuck these sides under your glasses (the
bars that go to your ears).
