[pct-l] AZDPCTKO Campsite Reservation?

Thanks Asabat. I don't mind registering, but I was confused on the website.
It says thru hikers will have space made for them. I'm not "hiking" in to KO
though. I'm hitching back from Warner Springs.

@Greg, are you trying to dissuade people from attending? ;)
