That's a great idea, and one of the prettiest sections.  The lakes and
lovely meadows of the Trinities and Marbles are not to be missed.  It's much
more lovely than the trail to Crater Lake.  The section around Sisters is
fantastic too however.  I'd vote for Northern Calif. plus some R&R in
Ashland when you finish.  The folks I was with voted it the best zero on
trail up to that point.
