Ive checked out the archive(halfmiles download stuff)),but before the download part,how do I "unzipp the file",does that mean "run" the file,or is this a pre run task. I got a garmin,and have downloaded the poi loader(slow,dial up),and downloaded the 3 states files,just dont want to skip the unzip,what am I missing? How? Thanks.
