[pct-l] 20 degree vs 30 degree bag for Oregon

I live in Oregon and IMHO a 30 degree bag would be just fine.  I wouldn't
even sweat it.  Just bring the usual warm clothes (standard layers stuff)
that you'll be bringing everywhere else on the trail and you'll be good to
go at LEAST until the end of August.
