[pct-l] Trail Closures/Reroutes

It probably is not official yet, so don't get your feathers all ruffled yet,
but the Forest Service may have to close the trail in the Deep Creek area of
the San Bernardino National Forest because of some major landslides across
the trail.  They probably will not be able to get them cleared and the trail
repaired by the time most of the through hikers go through that area.  Worst
case scenario could be that the detour would start at the Deep Creek
Bridge/Splinters Cabin with a road walk through Cedar Glen and Lake
Arrowhead, bypassing the infamous hot springs.
