[pct-l] Lifespan of cheese

True, the whole point of cheese is that it would last a long time, longer
than milk, back in the Bronze Age when fridges were few.

Cream cheese is pretty good on the trail, though it will get a little
watery. Just mix it back in and you're good to go. I still prefer cheddar
though.
