[pct-l] Risk of becoming a trail fatality

Dear Switchback,

I don't eat sugar so bring me something without sugar;  fresh fruit, since
that will be one thing I won't have along the trail, would be nice but I'm
not too fussy.  I should be easily pulling in to the area around Julian on
May 3rd. if I take off from Lake Moreno on May 1st. (Campo to L.M. on April
29th).
