[pct-l] Down sleeping bag

Another option I haven't seen mentioned is to have an additional few ounces 
of down added to you bag. Marcia had Western Mountaineering add a few ounces 
of down to her bag. Not sure what the cost would be, but it has to be 
cheaper than a new bag.
