[pct-l] half mile pct maps - update

Do we know when the printed maps will be ready for pickup/shipping?  I am
willing to pick them up this weekend and ship them out if they will be
ready.  If that is the case I will need to get the shipping addresses for
people, which it looks like Neil has been collecting.  Let me know. -Alex
