[pct-l] rain chaps vs rain pants

I have the chaps myself. I was always hot wearing them so I had to  
take off the legs of my pants just to keep the sweating down.  
Anything heavier would have been way too hot and sweaty for me. The  
one thing they are not so good for is that you can't really sit down  
in the rain because your butt isn't covered and you can't wear them  
while you do your laundry. So I also carried a light skirt to wear in  
town.
