[pct-l] My plans,in a nutshell

O.K. heres the deal,I decited to help a charity(mileage sponsors) whos
main agenda is to help cancer patients pay there bills. There are no
old men in my family because of the c word,I took care of my uncle for
3 years as he fought for his life,and the one request he had of me was
to help this charity that had helped him live out his days with a
little extra dignity(his words),I write this with tears falling on my
keyboard,I planned on keeping this to myself,but have done that for
far too long. Animal lovers,im an animal lover as well! But the fact
of the matter is I will not apologize for being human,I eat
rattlesnake,and yes I will skin it,eat it,and be done in less than an
hour,burning the remains.Why? Thats my personal choice and will not
impose a healthy tasty meal onto anyone or there general
vicinty(camp),I could think of worse camp habits!  So now you know a
little of my motivation,although ive never needed any motivation to
hike,ive been a machine hiker for a longtime(trained and maintained).
Hiking at night is my option,not an everyday event,and to put your
fears to rest,the charity I raise money for is not expecting a dime
and will not think less of me for a failed attempt,they are great
people. Id be a fool to say im gonna make it and make it look
easy,injuries can happen to the best of us,but I can tell you that I
will give everything I got.
