Great info on calories - thanks.

I too will be raising money for charity and in my case for the American Lung
Association.  I had Stage IV Lung cancer diagnosed in Aug 06 and I am still
ticking.  In Nov 2010 I had my prostate removed and in two weeks ago I was
diagnosed with throat cancer.  I still plan on hiking the PCT.  It is my
dream.
