the PCT-L server is listed in 3 of the "spam sending" lists called
"real time black hole lists"

It looks like on Sunday somone faked a from IP address from the server
to send some spam

if your ISP subscribes to these lists and blocks PC-L, you may not be
able to get list emails for a few days. There is little I can do from
this end, as there is nothing wrong here
