[pct-l] Mtn Ned is back

For those of you who like what we have to say and haven't seen anything for awhile, it is because our email has been FLOODED with duplications (happened before and we managed to get through it all, but not this time) which required a technician to resolve.

So, if you see a bunch of email to the pct-l suddenly, it is because I finally have time and the revised technology to get through the 65,000 email we got nailed with (in three days!).
