[pct-l] PCT Bear Canister Loan Program - Request for Donations

Kevin, That's awesome!  I can buy a new canister and have it ready at KM,
use it, then donate it and not worry about my buddy shipping it etc.  Sounds
pretty legit to me.  Then I can send it to Jim.
