Before you spend $10 or more on liners, try some inexpensive dress socks in
any Wal-Mart or similar store.  Same thing.

I had countless blisters on my AT thru until I listened and tried liners....
they made all the difference for me, but then again I'm a lite-weight boot
and heavier socks guy.
