[pct-l] 5 fingers shoes

I did not do my 2009 PCT hike with the toe shoes, but I do recall several
people starting in them. By Warner Springs or Agua Dulce I saw a lot of
people switching. The hiker Sketch got to one point when he couldn't get his
little toe into the shoe it was so swollen. So from what I saw they are
probably ok for a multi day hike, but probably not long distance.
