[pct-l] Hike the coast

You might want to look at The Wookies 2004 journal on trailjournals.com listed under American West Coast Trail for a first hand account.
Tons of info can be found about the Oregon Coast Trail, and online maps should be available on the Oregon Parks and Recreation website.  I don't think they have anything that official for the Washington segment.  Much of the central and northern coast is part of Olympic National Park, and the park maps and hiking guides will give you a lot of info on those areas.
