[pct-l] Dogs on PCT

There are a couple of historically dog eating trails in Oregon. One is the 
bend going down into Zig Zag canyon. Apparently there are small rodents 
there and the dogs take off down the scree and can't get back up. Eagle 
Creek trail can have the same problem, dogs go down and can't go up.

Either make really sure your dog is willing to stay with you or take a lead 
along for spots like this.
