[pct-l] Snow Cam

You know what we need?  A hundred or so solar-powered web-cams along the
whole trail. According to this link <http://billandkaren.net/blog/?p=409>,
you can build such a thing for like $600.  So for a mere $60,000  or so we
could have a web-cam every 20 or so miles (on average) along the entire PCT.
 Now that would be too cool for school.

Well, if I win the lottery, I'll be back with my idea.
