I really like the Osprey Exos.  The back panel breathes well; it fits my slender torso perfectly; and the shoulder straps are thin.  Many women have trouble with thick shoulder straps which rub on ourchests.

Wayne Gregory told me once that I shouldn't "carry" my pack.  Instead, I should "wear" my pack.  That's a good mindset to have when trying on packs.
