[pct-l] trail conditions reported from hikers in Belden

I can only agree, this year seems to have some very adverse conditions...
I live about an hours away from Belden, and it is now raining here. The snow line
appears to be foretasted at 7000', so this will likely put snow on the trail, in a number of
the higher locations.

Cisco and Roadrunner's comment was that they didn't see how anyone could do
a thru hike this year.   Soooo.... once again, it sounds like there may be
some serious injuries (or worse) if hikers are not willing to be flexible
and work in some flip flops...
