[pct-l] Computer Access

 Is computer/internet access reliable in most trail towns a long the
PCT?  I typically use the public library and have found on other hikes
that computer/internet is available but during peak hiking season one
might have to wait up to an hour to access.  Just wonder if this is the
same on the PCT?
