[pct-l] Chaos On The PCT

I wasn't asking about the feasability of using a hammock, but I do
appreciate the responses :)
My comment was in reference to the rash of aspiring thru hikers sleeping on
the ground in preparation for their hikes. ;)

@Paul, I use a NeoAir rather than an underquilt to allow myself the
flexibility of sleeping on the ground if necessary. Since I use a tarp, I
can set it up with my hiking poles if needed. This situation isn't my
preference, but it's what I will have to do sometimes, oh like at KO :P

@James, I asked Ronnie from Israel about this a few years ago and he said
the same thing. He only had to sleep on the ground a couple times. He did
also say he hiked further than he would have liked some days so that he
could have trees to hang from. My system is flexible enough that I won't
have to do that. (see response to James)
