Hi Kevin,
I'm not really entirely sure. I originally emailed Bill Gurwell from the link on his site, http://mysite.ncnetwork.net/resp320s/parcho.htm as I had a fair amount of questions regarding it. The Parcho is made available as a (nearly) complete kit or as pattern/instructions, through questoutfitters.com. As much as I've been touting on a thread how neat it is, I don't want to do a disservice to him or questoutfitters by sharing without his OK. I've just now emailed him and will get back with you and The List) as soon as I hear back.
