[pct-l] Holes in our tent!

Hey everyone,

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with getting tiny holes in
their tent.

We set up and seam sealed our Six Moon Designs Lunar Duo. After we let
it dry we turned on the sprinklers and got inside. It seems like
between the seam sealing and putting on the sprinklers, a few tiny
holes appeared. They range from the size of pinprick to maybe four
times that size. We seam sealed those holes, let it dry again, and
when we checked it again, there were tons more holes.

This really worries me... Since we have a pretty tight budget, it took
us a long time to decide to buy such an expensive tent. Its going to
be our shelter for almost half this year. And its getting holes in it
before we've even started. Are we going to have to worry about getting
tiny holes the whole trip? Does anyone have experience with this?

There isn't a pattern to the holes at all except that they only show
up where a drop of water dried. Not all the places where water dried
has holes, though.

:(

Hillary
